Return, Refund & Order Issue Policy

Because The Modern Formula sells consumable health and wellness products, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. This policy helps protect the safety and integrity of our products.
Except where required by applicable law or covered by our 30-Day Quality Guarantee, all sales are final.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

Opened or unopened supplement products

Products that have been used or partially consumed

Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Changes of mind or buyer’s remorse

Personal preferences regarding taste, smell, texture, or results

Products purchased from an unauthorized third-party seller
30-Day Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every NAC600 order.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact our customer service team within 30 days of the delivery date. Your request must include:

A description of the issue

Clear photographs showing the damage or defect
Once we review and approve your claim, we will provide either a replacement at no additional cost or a refund for the affected product.
We may request additional information or require the affected product to be returned before resolving a claim. Please do not discard the product or its packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
This guarantee applies only to products that arrive damaged or defective. It is not a satisfaction or results-based money-back guarantee.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If we sent the wrong product or an item is missing from your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the products and packaging you received.
Once the issue is verified, we will send the correct or missing item at no additional cost or issue an appropriate refund.
Order Cancellations and Changes
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order.
We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been submitted because processing may begin immediately. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
This does not affect any cancellation rights that may apply when an order cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Check around the delivery location and with other members of your household.

Check with neighbors, building management, or front-desk staff.

Contact the shipping carrier for delivery details.

Contact us at support@themodernformula.shop if the package is still missing.
A package marked as delivered is not automatically eligible for a refund or replacement. We will review available tracking information and assist with the carrier’s claim process when appropriate.
We are not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Once submitted, the time required for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund results from our error or applicable law requires otherwise.
Unauthorized Returns
Do not mail products back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, processed, or refunded.
Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under the laws applicable to your purchase.
Where applicable consumer law provides greater rights than this policy, those legal rights will apply.
