Due to the nature of consumable health products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any supplement products once they have been shipped or delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

All ingestible products, including supplements, are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Opened or unopened products

• Used or unused items

• Orders placed incorrectly

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Claims must include clear photo evidence of the issue.

If approved, we will issue a replacement at no cost. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
